Hi, I’m Samantha Giles!

I’m a Functional Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, a Certified Holistic Health Coach and the founder/owner of Sprouting Wholeness.
I specialise in helping people overcome their health issues and improve their health, using real food nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices.
I’m a firm believer that many of the health issues we face today are as a result of poor diet, poor bodily function, unhealthy lifestyle practices and chronic stress.
Using a foundational and functional approach, my goal is to help people get to the root cause of their health issues and support them on their health journey, so that they can enjoy vibrant health.
